Damn you, Indecision!

Golden Layers

We took a drive up to Mt. Hamilton Saturday afternoon to check out the area around the observatory.  The drive up there was kind of brutal, though.  The first 1/3 of Rt. (hwy?) 130 was smooth and nicely paved, but the last 2/3 leading to Mt. Hamilton was awfully rough.  I’m just glad the views up there were so nice, and the weather cooperated, so it was worth the drive.  Perhaps sometime soon we’ll be able to catch a nice sunset up there.

Was inspired by Trey Ratcliff’s A World in HDR (skimmed through it the other day, will read it more thoroughly in the days to come) and took some photos with HDR processing in mind.  This is one of them.
