Damn you, Indecision!

Plated up (w/rice, natch)

Am in the middle of eating the delicious pork on a stick. Turned out great! I added some extra glaze of brown sugar, cayenne, and garlic powder, just in case the marinade they used wasn’t sweet/spicy enough. I don’t know if my glaze really helped, but the end results are quite awesome. Can’t wait to eat the leftovers tomorrow. 😀
