Cross-Posting FTL
Just a quick blurb here: when are people going to realize that it is useless to cross-post stuff among Twitter/Jaiku/Pownce/et. al., if they’re not actually going to follow up at each service? It’s immensely annoying to see a post from someone on Jaiku or Pownce and know that if you were to comment on it, they would never even see it. That’s the epitome of personality spamming. If you are only going to reply to people on one service, only post to that service, please.

You make a good point. I just deleted my cross-posting on Jaiku and Pownce. Hope that reduces the noise.

Heh, Josh. Thanks… Actually, I wasn’t referring specifically to you. A post from one of my Twitter buddies did spur this short post, but in general I was talking in general.
